As a reference librarian, SR Tombran combines her passion for knowledge and literature to assist library users across the country. She has served as a first reader for several prestigious speculative fiction magazines, including Strange Horizons and Apex, and has contributed to speculative fiction publications such as STAR*LINE, NewMyths.com, and Strange Horizons.
Since 2018, SR Tombran has been teaching research classes for writers through the program Writing the Other. When she’s not immersed in library inquiries, she can be found huddled over her notebook, scribbling speculative tales.
