Millie Abecassis (she/elle) is a French-American author of adult speculative fiction born and raised in France. She started to learn English at the age of five and immediately fell in love with that language, deciding to become bilingual and, one day, to write fiction in English. After completing her degrees at the Panthéon-Sorbonne University in Paris, she moved to California where she’s been living ever since. Her writing is ecclectic and she enjoys blending genres and writing stories hard to classify. When she isn’t writing, Millie enjoys reading, playing videogames, and spending time with her spouse and their cats. She is the author of the forthcoming novellas Bright City, Shattered (Polymath Press), Daughters of the Blue Moon (Anuci Press), and La Couleur du Temps (Moonstruck Books).
