Hugo Glinn has spent the past four decades living mostly in Taiwan, coming over as an English teacher and staying as a husband, father and lover of East Asia. Before that, he had the opportunity to live and study in Iowa, Germany, Austria and Wales, places vastly different from his upbringing in suburbia New Jersey outside Philadelphia. Over the last ten years, he has had stories about his overseas experiences, as well as childhood memories appear in various e-magazines. Fengshui, Filial Piety and Other Asian F-words, a series of essays and reflections of his life as an ex-pat, is his first published book.
