Duncan Shepard is a writer and musician living in Connecticut, USA. He is an associate member of the SFWA and has been published by NewMyths, Electric Spec, Raconteur, and more. Picking up the pen in autumn of 2022, Duncan fell in love with exploring his imagination and creating new worlds. His late father, George, was his inspiration for beginning to write. One day Duncan hopes to finish some of the stories his father left behind.

When not writing, Duncan plays guitar with his wife Chantelle in their psychedelic rock band The Striped Bananas. Their music has received critical acclaim from such noteworthy publications as Goldmine magazine and Shindig! magazine. Duncan is also an avid photographer of racing cars. His photos have been published in Victory Lane magazine and Vintage Oval Racing magazine. This love of being near racing cars inspired his stories “A Mile Beyond Sanity,” and “We Run Like Dreams,” published by Cloaked Press.
