 Joseph Cusumano wanted to write short stories since his late teens, but pre-med, medical school, residency and private practice got in the way. He is now retired and writes nearly every day. He also enjoys designing, flying, and crashing radio-controlled airplanes. His short stories have been published by Crimson Streets, Pseudopod, Agents and Spies (a Flame Tree anthology), Scarlet Leaf Review and others. He lives with his wife, a former English teacher, who provides invaluable help as his first editor.
