Bethany (she/her) has been writing since her first-grade teacher said, “this is pretty good,” if not before. She’s had several poems published, taking after her father in poetry. In 2019 she published her first book, a poetry chapbook in which she shared some of her late father’s poems as well. In early 2020, she published her debut novel. In hindsight, publishing a book in February of 2020 about the world recovering from a virus was probably not the best timing, but she loves that book and the rest of the “Reclamation” series with her whole heart.
